Its action components are machined to exacting tolerances, heat-treated for greater strength and fitted using the traditional lampblack-and-file method to ensure the precise fit of critical components. The hammer is powered by powerful coil-type mainsprings for positive primer ignition, while the barrel selector allows the shooter to choose which barrel fires on the first pull. It utilizes a transverse-mounted, full-width tapered locking bolt which engages a full-width tapered recess in the rear barrel lugs. It also features corrosion resistant, chrome-plated chambers and Back-Bored technology. This CXT 12 gauge model is designed to be adaptable to all the clay target games. It has a Triple Trigger system, 32″ lightweight profile barrel with vented rib and side ribs, Grade II American walnut with gloss finish and Inflex recoil pad, Vector Pro forcing cone, three Invector-Plus Midas choke tubes (F,M,IC), and a blued steel, high polish receiver with gold Citori CX logo on the sides.
