NRL22 Ruger Precision Rimfire Package

The Ruger Precision Rifle is the budget entry into the world of precision rimfire. This is our NRL22 Base Class package – the gun, scope, and bipod – just pick up a case, a support bag (Armageddon Gear Game Changer Shmedium is the gold standard), and a chamber flag and you’re ready to go. Getting into these competitions, the biggest issue will be efficient movement and building a stable shooting position – these will affect your accuracy more than any component of the rifle. I will personally be running a RPR in NRL22 Base Class this year with a couple of other modifications that stay within the class. I typically see about 1.5 inch groups at 100 yards using bulk CCI Standard Velocity, which is pretty close to what higher end CZs and such tend to do with bulk ammo, and our most recent package saw a 0.54 inch group with 10 rounds of SK Rifle Match. If you want further upgrades for this rifle, I recommend checking out Anarchy Outdoors for their grip and cheek rest, and Cole-Tac for their bag rider, among other offerings.
